What is a Chia Guy? I didn’t pick it but I’ve rolled with it.

 I am not just someone who enjoys chia seeds and talks extensively about them; I am a product developer and engineer with 19 years of experience in creating products and  processing methods tailored to chia’s unique structure and nutritional profile. My focus has been on natural processing techniques that preserve the integrity of these nutrients.

My goal is not to sell you chia seeds but to educate you about their benefits and share my experiences. I aim to demonstrate the potential of chia as a highly nutritious stand-alone product and as an ingredient that can replace questionable additives currently used in various sectors, including:

• Food & Beverage
• Baking
• Cosmetics
• Pharmaceuticals
• Animal Feed
